European shoppers will spent 28% of their Christmas budget online
According to the « Christmas Spending Survey 2013 » conducted by Deloitte, European consumers plan to buy 28% of their Christmas budget on the Internet.
France takes the 3rd position:
French consumers plan to spend 38% of their Christmas shopping on the Internet, up 5 percentage points from 2012.
The Germans take the leading position by planning to spend 47% of their Christmas budget online, followed by the Poles (39%).
Books are once again the top choice for gifts in Europe and France.
